From July 30 to August 1, 2026, VILOG 2026 will bring together 450 enterprises from 22 countries and territories at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Beyond its expansion to more than 550 booths, the event highlights a decisive shift in Vietnam’s logistics sector: from conventional service delivery towards ecosystems powered by data, automation and greener operating standards.

From a Service Exhibition to a Technology Ecosystem

Under the theme “Smart and Sustainable Innovation,” the 4th Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2026) takes place as the industry accelerates digital transformation, innovation and decarbonisation. The event is jointly organised by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and VINEXAD under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with support from the Agency of Foreign Trade.

The defining feature of this edition is not simply the participation of 450 enterprises or the scale of more than 550 booths. More importantly, logistics service providers, seaports, transport operators and international freight forwarders will appear alongside technology companies offering warehouse robots, electric forklifts, AGV and AMR systems, artificial intelligence, smart warehouses, cargo-handling equipment and next-generation commercial vehicles. This mix reflects a wider transition: logistics is no longer managed as a series of separate activities, but increasingly as a connected system running on shared data and automation.

Three Layers of High-Value Connectivity

VILOG 2026 creates three important layers of connectivity. The first is market connectivity, bringing domestic and international logistics networks, associations and major enterprises into one specialised business environment. The second connects technology with operational demand, enabling companies to compare solutions for warehousing, transportation, sorting, data management and supply chain optimisation. The third links knowledge with policy through forums, seminars and international dialogue.

A key programme is the inaugural ASEAN–Vietnam Logistics Forum 2026, themed “Digital Trade & eBL: Building Digital Trust for the Future of Global Supply Chains,” with a focus on electronic bills of lading and trust in digital transactions. IATA-led air cargo workshops will provide updates on new trends, standards and solutions. Other sessions will examine collaboration between logistics providers and fruit and vegetable exporters, smart and green logistics, next-generation cold chains, chemical warehouse management, AI, automation and the digital workforce—moving the transformation agenda from policy ambitions to practical operating questions.

An Experience-Led Exhibition

VILOG Talk will provide a dedicated space for solution providers, experts and the business community to discuss commercial transport, marine economy technologies, automated warehousing and technology innovation. Meanwhile, the VILOG Insight Tour will take participants to AJ Total Vietnam Cold Storage and Tan Cang Hiep Phuoc Port, where they can observe modern cold-chain and port operations at first hand.

This format turns an exhibition visit into more than a product-viewing exercise. Businesses can benchmark solutions against real operational needs, identify bottlenecks and find partners for investment, expansion or digital transformation projects.

Where Logistics, Cold Chains and Smart Factories Converge

VILOG 2026 will be held concurrently with the Vietnam International Cold Chain Exhibition (Viet Cold Chain) and the Vietnam International Robot and Smart Factory Exhibition (ROBOTEX). Together, the three exhibitions form an integrated ecosystem linking equipment, infrastructure and technology with the operation of warehouses, ports, factories and supply chains.

Expected to attract more than 25,000 trade visitors and delegates, VILOG 2026 is more than a showcase of Vietnam’s logistics capabilities. It will also test the industry’s ability to turn technology into operational efficiency, networking into partnerships, and green and digital ambitions into measurable competitiveness.
